Edilportale
At the headquarters of Edilportale, a company internationally recognized for representing and promoting some of the most prestigious global design brands in the furniture and architecture sector, we were commissioned to design and install a custom audio distribution system that would reflect the company’s identity: discreet, functional, technologically advanced, and seamlessly integrated into the surrounding environment.
The project covered the entire building, which spans multiple floors, and involved the installation of a background music system fully controlled via iPad thanks to Audac technology. The system was designed to evenly distribute audio content and music throughout the workspaces, all while respecting the architectural character of the interiors, spaces conceived with rigorous attention to form, elegance, and material quality.
One of the most distinctive areas from a design perspective is the meeting room, located near the central staircase connecting the building’s two levels. At the client’s request, this space was transformed into a true corporate amphitheater, intended to host presentations, all-hands meetings, press events, and internal training sessions.
To ensure an optimal listening experience and a professional setup for the audience, we integrated Sennheiser microphones, a high-brightness BenQ projector, and a compact LD Systems Curv 500 mini array sound system. This configuration allows for precise, uniform audio coverage even in an open and architecturally complex space like the atrium and staircase area.
Every component, from microphones to speakers, was installed with the utmost attention to visual impact. Each element was selected or customized to integrate harmoniously with the surrounding materials and architectural features, preserving the understated elegance that defines not only the spaces of Edilportale, but also its design philosophy.
The result is a fully bespoke system, capable of supporting complex operational needs with intuitive, scalable, and high-performance audio solutions. It’s a clear example of how technology, when thoughtfully designed, can become an essential part of a space’s identity, enhancing it rather than disrupting it.
